Prior to the merger, a tender offer was made for all outstanding shares of Science 37 at $5.75 per share, with 77.8% of shares tendered. The total consideration for the acquisition was approximately $38 million.

The researchers found that a formula used in statistical analysis provides a streamlined mathematical description of how neural networks, such as GPT-2, learn relevant patterns in data, known as features.
