Science 37 Holdings, Inc. successfully completed a merger with eMed, LLC, and its subsidiary Marlin Merger Sub Corporation. Prior to the merger, a tender offer was made for all outstanding shares of Science 37 at $5.75 per share, with 77.8% of shares tendered. The total consideration for the acquisition was approximately $38 million.
