Colorado Consumer Spending Increases 20.0% Year-On-Year
Consumer spending sports wagering in Colorado increased 20.0% year-on-year to $593.1m (£475.7m/€556.8m) in March, while the state also reported a rise in revenue. Online betting accounted for $589.3m of all sports bets placed during the month. A further $3.7m was wagered with retail sportsbooks across Colorado in March.

PsiQuantum - The World's First "Useful" Quantum Computer
Australia has committed approximately A$940 million (US$617 million) to support PsiQuantum, a Silicon Valley-based quantum computing company, in its efforts to develop the world's first 'useful" quantum computer. Adolescent Mental Health and Smartphones
A new round of conversation has been spurred by Jonathan Haidt’s book “The Anxious Generation” which contends that rising mental health issues in children and adolescents are the result of social media replacing key experiences during formative years of brain development. The book is based largely on research showing that adolescent mental health has declined since 2010, coinciding roughly with mass adoption of the smartphone.
