Angus and Julia Stone are suing Tim Manton, his company Manton Music, and UK-based management firm HNOE, which operates as TaP. The siblings appeared on Wednesday in a Sydney Supreme Court hearing. Lawyer for Manton and the companies, Patrick Flynn SC, argued the claim should be dismissed on grounds including that New South Wales laws may not apply.
