Scotland drew first blood eight minutes in as Scotland made their way patiently into Ireland’s half before a well-taken lineout from Rachel Malcolm found its way to Martin at the back of the rolling maul. Lisa Thomson’s try was cancelled out by Cliodhna Moloney before Dannah O’Brien penalty moved Ireland ahead for the first time and crucially, to take the win. Scotland were penalised for not rolling away Ireland chose the posts not the corner.

More than 250 prospective purchasers and potential investors were sent so-called teaser letters and non-disclosure agreements advising them of the sale process. The next step is for KSV to conduct a due diligence process that will determine which bidders will be asked to submit binding offers by May 24 at 5 p.m.

Keisha Kirkwood, a health science teacher at the Career and Technology Education Center, is the recipient of the Texas Retired Teachers Foundation Classroom Assistance grant. Kirkwood will receive a $1,000 grant for a bacteria lab for the 2024-2025 school year. The grant will provide students with a hands-on, safe learning experience in microbiology and permit them to swab different building surfaces.
