Pretoria Tops the World's Crime Index
South Africa's capital Pretoria is the second most crime-ridden city in the world. The coastal city of Durban is third, followed by the economic centre of Johannesburg. In February this year, police minister Bheki Cele confirmed that there were 7,700 murders.

World Food Prices Rebound in March
