The European nation had the third highest approval in Africa with 54 per cent, behind the highest in the continent, China, with 58 per cent followed by the United States with 56 per cent. The United States leadership disapproval rating rose by one per cent to 36 per cent in 2024. Russia’s influence on the continent has been on the rise in recent months.
