A new AARO report finds no evidence that UAP sightings represent extraterrestrial technology or that secret programs have been hidden from Congress. In the U.S., most activities conducted by the Intelligence Community, including covert action missions, foreign espionage, and other activities best suited for combating unconventional external threats, operate under what is known as Title 50 authority.
