Navy Chief Information Office’s Overarching Process for Identifying and Piloting New Technologies

Navy is moving to formally promote a new “structured piloting approach framework”. This framework points back to and builds upon two previous ACDCs. The Navy is expected to promote more of those concepts across the enterprise in the near term.
