Her career included four WNBA championships, six all-star selections, and one selection as the Naismith College Player of the Year. She is an attorney, former Fortune 100 executive, and a leading voice on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the empowerment of Black Americans. At The Hartford, she was the first Black executive and the youngest executive in the company’s history. In 2010, she was inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame.
