The Emerging Writers Festival will return to Lancaster from Wednesday to Friday. The event features readings, workshops, panel discussion and opportunities to meet and speak with up-and-coming literary talents. This year’s featured writers are author and cartoonist Ebony Flowers, poet Maggie Millner, nonfiction author Sarah Perry and poet Michael Torres.
