On Feb. 26, a lady at The Hair Group saw me park in the handicap stall beside the crosswalk on Chipman Ave. By afternoon many had cleared the sidewalk but the original snowfall remained between the traffic lane and the sidewalk. We in wheelchairs, with walkers, who use use canes, would so appreciate your effort.
