The Good Crust started in 2020 in the midst of the Covid pandemic. Since launching in 2020, Heather Kerner has grown to fully occupy its 1,200 square foot facility and has purchased over 150,000 pounds of Maine grown grains. She has also been planning to expand her product line into dry pizza dough mix.
