LG Uplus released a slate of AI-powered services targeting small businesses. The company aims to apply the much-hyped technology to the business-to-business (B2B) realm as it moves away from its mainstay telecom business.The package includes six services utilizing AI bots that undertake a number of tasks, including telephone calls, service orders and reservations.
