NASA's Bradley Flick to Launch Science and Technology Festival
Bradley Flick will take part in a special public talk to discuss NASA's work and the future of aeronautics. The talk will be held on Friday, April 26, at UNLV's Advanced Engineering Building, 4505 S. Maryland Parkway. The Science and Technology Festival is scheduled to run through Saturday, May 4.

Kansas State University Graduates Receive National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowships
The Graduate Research Fellowship Program is a five-year fellowship that includes an annual stipend of $37,000. K-State officials said the current students selected for the program include: Kalea Nippert, senior in ecology and evolutionary biology, Topeka Carson Connard. The NSF GRFP recognizes graduate students pursuing research-based master’s and doctoral degrees in mathematics, engineering, technology or science.

Kiddie Day’s is officially back at WVU’s animal science research, education, and outreach center. The three-day event invites students and families from across west Virginia to get up close and personal with some of their favorite farm animals.
