Filmmaking and Conservation at the University of Utah
I really like working in Austin Green’s lab, who uses trail cameras to understand local ecosystems. I find their commitment to community engagement, collaboration with policymakers, and applied science to be very inspiring. Right now, I’m doing a student fellowship with a local nonprofit called Leicester Productions to make a short film about Great Salt Lake.

Hubble Enters Safe Mode With One Gyro
Hubble had six new gyros installed during the fifth and final space shuttle servicing mission in 2009. The spacecraft could be re-configured to operate with only one gYro. If necessary, the spacecraft can be placed in reserve.

In the history of the chemical industry there have been repeated accidents, sometimes fatal, often caused by dangerous and explosive chemicals that are required for certain reactions.
