Quantum Computing - Predicting Quantum Entanglement in Particles
Brookhaven Lab scientists developed simulations to track quantum entanglement among secondary jets of particles emitted from high-energy particle collisions. In a recent example, theorists and computational scientists at the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Brookhaved Lab and Stony Brook University (SBU) developed quantum code to perform quantum calculations — and using it to track complex quantum systems. The study takes quantum back to its roots in seeking to explain the behavior of subatomic particles
