Biodegradable Molecules for the Treatment of Organophosphate Poisoning
A new article was published in Chemico-Biological Interaction by the Sustainable Chemistry and Engineering research group of Tallinn University of Technology. This study sheds light on applications of existing competence on designing biodegradable molecules in an innovative way – to develop novel antidotes against organophosphate poisoning. How Did You Get Your Degree?
I learned to conduct reef fish surveys in the Gulf of Mexico and participated in research on red and goliath groupers. My thesis research was focused on hogfish life history and habitat use using stable isotope analysis of their eye lenses. I’ve always had a passion for science itself, but I missed the fisheries world, so I threw my name into the hat for this position.

Hendrix College Receives $2,500,000 in Grant Funding
