Rodger Sylvester Cameron, 59, charged with 10 counts of operating without a retail license. Officials said Cameron was responsible for all financial matters related to Tricam, LLC and its businesses Cammie’s International Grocery and Cammie's Caribbean Cuisine. The businesses only had one retail license between the locations and revenue officers revoked Cameron’s license in February 2023.

Business owner Luke Kirtley was called to testify, as his coffee roasting business was in the industrial building where the vehicle of James and Jennifer Crumbley was found. He said he would put his nicer car on the garage's third floor so he didn't have to leave it parked on the street.
