The BT Young Scientist Business Bootcamp 2024 winner is a project that looks at a local school's bus routes to see if they are running as efficiently as possible. Ava Gaffney, a fourth-year student at Ballinamore Community School in Leitrim, devised the winning concept. The goal of the 15-year-old bootcamp is to assist Young Scientist finalists in turning their project ideas into viable businesses.
