The Roanoke County School Board has announced the following administrative appointments: Travis Anderson is the new principal at William Byrd High School, effective July 1. Anderson will replace Tammy Newcomb, who recently was named the executive director of elementary instruction for RCPS. Sheree Anderson has been named an assistant principal at Green Valley Elementary School, beginning July 1. Bell will replace Julie Noell, who will become the assistant principal.
