The Corcoran Group founder and “Shark Tank” investor says prices are going to go through the roof. As of March 27, the interest rate on a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage sat at 7% while the 15-year fixed rate mortgage was 6.125%, both unchanged from the previous day. The Federal Reserve left interest rates unchanged for the fifth straight time in its latest meeting.

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - A Consumer Complaint About Unfiled Tax Returns
In January, the Sedgwick County District Attorney said a Wichita accounting firm and its owner had entered into a consent judgment after a consumer complaint regarding unfiled tax returns. The district attorney’s office said owner Nicole Clem hadn’t filed her client’s 20-21 tax returns on time and misled them. She accepted an consent judgment that included $120,000 in civil penalties. Now, Viner is working with the IRS.
