Some of the most common reasons are to prevent body odor, freshen up after working out and get help in waking up. The skin may also become more susceptible to infections and allergic reactions, as harmful bacteria and allergens are able to enter through dry, cracked areas.

Goldsboro, NC - A Man Is Dead After a Shooting in Wayne County
Police say a man is dead after a shooting near a retail store on Saturday in Wayne County. At around 9:10 am, officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert at Kim’s Beauty Supplies located at 718 East Ash Street. Upon arrival, they say they found 26-year-old Kristopher Faison suffering from a gunshot wound.

First Case of Measles in West Virginia
West Virginia is reporting its first case of measles since 2009, according to the West Virginia Department of Health. According to a press release from the WVDOH, 152 people were potentially exposed. 62 of those lack documentation of adequate immunization against the disease are considered to be at high risk of infection.
