This systematic review aimed to investigate the characteristics of telephone lines and call centers implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic. The primary challenges highlighted in the examined studies included restrictions on physical examination of patients, unavailability of hotlines/helplines/call centers, and inability to promptly respond to incoming calls. It appears that the World Health Organization’s global declaration on March 11, 2020 has exerted a significant influence on public behavior regarding the adoption of remote health options [75].
