Colorado Supreme Court Says Trump Can't Vote by Section 3 of 14th Amendment
Colorado Supreme Court had ruled that Trump was ineligible to run for president because of his conduct around the US January 6, 2021: Attack on the US Capitol. That of the Colorado court divided decision relied on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, known as the Insurrection Clause, which prohibits oath-sworn insurrectionists from holding public office. The U.S. Supreme Court said only Congress can enforce the clause.

A long stretch of Interstate 80 from west of Lake Tahoe to Nevada state line finally reopened late Monday morning, but chains or snow tires were required.
