Two Aggravated Assault Charges Dropped
Michael Borrecco is accused of pointing a gun at two people outside a gas station while off duty. One charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge was dropped because one of the victims did not show up in court Monday. Authorities say Borreco was drunk when he confronted two men outside of a Circle-K on Osuna.
