The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) hosted the event and announced the World Champion Cheese winner at about 2 p.m. Thursday at the Monona Terrace. This year’s winner was Mountain Dairy Fritzenhaus (Fritz-In-House) from Switzerland.
