Tuesday, March, 5 will kick off the 35th World Champion Cheese Contest at the Monona Terrace. This year, 3,302 entries were made in 142 different classes. The public is invited for the preliminary rounds of judging from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 7, the winners will be revealed via livestream.
