The United States and Mexico have pulled out of their joint bid to host the 2027 Women’s World Cup. This decision was made just a few weeks before the host selection was set to take place at the Fifa congress in Bangkok on 17th May. With the withdrawal of the US-Mexico bid, there are only two remaining bids – one from Brazil and another from Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
