Michael Müller, Sports Director of the DBV, has recently joined the Board of Directors. The new, as yet unrecognised, organisation will build on the foundations laid at its inaugural congress in Frankfurt in November 2023. It was created in April following the International Olympic Committee's decision to suspend the International Boxing Association (IBA) as the governing body of world boxing.
