Dom Joly is an English comedian and writer. He is the author of The Conspiracy Tourist: Travels Through a Strange World. I made several trips to Fogo Island, off Canada’s Newfoundland coast, but the strangest was undoubtedly to the island of Fogo. After an hour and half, we drove to the far end of the island to explore the edge of the Earth.
