All the teams have been divided into four groups of five. Group A features India, Pakistan, Canada, Ireland and co-hosts USA. West Indies have been paired with New Zealand, Afghanistan, Uganda and Papua New Guinea. South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Netherlands and Nepal make up Group D.
