The Oklahoma Historical Society is working off this list of non-Osage owners of Osage headrights, which excludes hundreds of individual owners. The BIA shared the list in 2015, excluding individual owners, under the headline “Killers of the Flower Moon”. Some of the names on the list did not respond to requests for an interview.
