Leaders are participating in the 8th Summit of the Latin American and Caribbean Community (CELAC) in March. The region will participate in the X Summit of The Americas and the EU–CELEAC Summit in 2025. To take advantage of these opportunities, Latin America and the Caribbean must collectively identify their priorities and find a way to speak as one.
