Lotte Kopecky sprinted to the Paris-Roubaix Femmes title in a thrilling finish on Saturday. Team SD Worx - Protime's Belgian rider won the fourth edition of the women's one-day classic cycling race. Elisa Balsamo finished second while Pfeiffer Georgi pipped Marianne Vos to third place.
