The Ibraimov Prizes Women’s Youth Tournament was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Altogether 113 youth female boxers competed in the event and 12 girls celebrated gold medals from the minimumweight (48kg) up to the heavyweight (+81kg). Uzbekistan claimed three gold, six silver and eight bronze medals and won the medal standings ahead of local Kazakh regional teams.
