EC World Real Estate Investment Trust (SG:BWCU) has received a waiver from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. This waiver allows it to extend the deadline for its annual general meeting until July 31, 2024. The waiver is contingent upon EC world REIT providing monthly updates on the refinancing and/or restructuring of its existing facilities.
