The Coffee Excellence Centre (CEC) offers an advanced course through its Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Coffee Excellence. The 15-month program includes six to eight hours of classes per week, depending on the experience of the student. It covers the entire value chain while promoting a holistic understanding of coffee.
