Climate heating is the precursor to storms and other weather extremes. Antarctic sea ice cover at its point of maximum annual accumulation continues to hit record lows, with February 2023 the lowest by far. The greatest danger is despair, of caring, thoughtful people who place prime value in the common good becoming discouraged and just giving up.
