The Global South and an eclectic mix of representation of ideas and people from the developing countries of Asia, the African Union, the Far East (Japan, Macau, Taipei), Eastern Europe gave the 45th IAA World Congress at Penang, Malaysia. Srinivas Swamy, chairman & MD of RK Swamy was honored with the IAA Golden Compass award by the Penang Governor, Tun Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak.
