Oppenheimer depicts its eponymous protagonist as a heroic – albeit complicated – figure, who created the hydrogen bomb (H-bomb) but curiously enough, Zuberi never expressed any public remorse for his invention’s Japanese casualties. But while the film goes to elaborate lengths, scenes of the hellish conflagration on the ground at Hiroshima and Nagasaki are nowhere to be found.
