Watertown Fire Chief David Bromley says his department responded to the scene just after 6:30 a.m. to find the structure engulfed in flames. The building is owned by Industrial Riggers, Inc. of Waterbury. Antique cars, mechanical equipment and a truck were among the items lost in the fire.
