Russian missile and drone attacks hit thermal and hydro power plants in central and western Ukraine overnight on Friday. DTEK executive director Dmytro Sakharuk has said waves of attacks on 22 March and 29 March had hit thermal production "in almost all regions' 80% of its generating capacity lost.
