Vancouver Public Schools Board of Directors unanimously approved $35 million in budget reductions at Tuesday night’s meeting. The reductions will see 262 staff positions cut from the district next school year. Some of the roughest sections of Interstate 5 in Clark County are slated to be upgraded this summer.
