All seventeen individuals were cited as Minors in a Liquor Establishment. 15 were also cited for Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Person Not Twenty-One Years of Age. The owner of the bar, a 59-year-old woman, was arrested for allowing individuals under the age of 21 into the establishment.
