Celena Morrison, executive director of the Office of LGBT Affairs, and her husband Darius McLean were arrested on Saturday but have since been released with no charge. In the distressing arrest, Morrison can be heard saying "I work for the mayor's and 'that's my husband' The officer then heads towards Morrison and at that point, her phone falls to the ground.
