Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Panaji recorded a minimum temperature of 21.5 degrees C, just 0.9 degrees C below normal.The minimum temperature dropped to 20.8 degrees C.Towards the hinterland, the minimum temperatures were a degree or two lower than along the coast.
