NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg once more urged allies to show "political will' and provide military support to Ukraine. 'We have the capacity to give Ukraine what it needs. Now we need to show the political will to do so,' he said during a press briefing after the launch of the NATO Annual Report.
