Sunita Sawant submitted to the high court of Bombay that the police have been acting against the violators.She submitted that 24 cases were booked in 2021, 62 in 2022, 242 in 2023 and 33 in 2024 under various provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act.He also alleged passing the buck and administrative impotency to execute high court orders.
