The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) announced 20 out of 42 candidates for the Lok Sabha election in Mamata Banerjee-ruled West Bengal . The candidates were announced in wake of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's mega development push in the Trinamool Congress bastion .
